Tried my hands at making tuna buns few weeks back using the bread maker.
Choose the dough function
Let it proof and use the following receipe http://www.beachloverkitchen.com/2012/04/baked-tuna-buns.html?m=1
Divide the dough for 50 gm each and mould it round or ball.Let it rest for 10 minutes before use.
Meanwhile prepare the tuna filling.Combine all the filling ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well.
Use rolling pin to roll the divided sweet dough.Scoop 1-2 tbsp tuna filling on the center of the dough, wrap it up and roll in a ball shape.Place all the buns on a tray with parchment paper. Repeat the same procedure until finish.Cover with moist towel and let it proof for 45 minutes or double size.
Preheat oven to 385 F.Egg wash the surface of the bun before sprinkle with sesame seeds.Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Finish!
It tasted yummy but if left to cool, it's bit hard, think need to let the dough proof longer.
On another occasion, I did the butter sugar version.

Put the butter as filling
Must eat warm if not the buns turned hard again. I need to go and experiment the dough again.
On the last weekend of June, we also had a potluck at D's place. I made a chocolate strawberry tart from a video I saw from fb from Tastemade site.

Tart base made of Oreo and butter
Melt the chocolate with warm cream
Pour chocolate into tart pan and add in the strawberries. Put into refrigerator.
Garnish with nuts
It was super easy to make and very yummy! I'm glad everyone loves it!
As it was durian season, we also bought durians to the gathering.
