Raisin Loaf

There are 1001 things to update on this blog but time seems to fly by these past few weeks. Baby Kain is already coming to 3 weeks old. Gosh!

To start off, Mar, PZ and Marj came over to visit on 2nd Apr-Good Friday and Mar made raisin loaf from her baking class. This time round, me was in no form to participate so it was a one woman show-Ok, must give PZ credit as she was the ‘timekeeper’.

It was good but the loaves came out a tad too big, next time can make smaller ones :) D, Mar N and KN also raved about the yummy bread.

One for the album-where’s PZ and Marj??They left earlier to go shopping in town-envious.
