23rd Aug 08-Sat
Took the very early JS flight out of Singapore, so sleepy..stupid me did not choose the seats before hand thinking there would be seats but the flight was full and we had to sit separately but on the same row. We each had the window seat at Row 1.
Reached BKK but could not check in as the room was not ready. So we left our baggage at the concierge and went to walk around the hotel. Stayed at Mac's for a while before going to the tailor to help Mar alter her pants and at the same time, Mr K did some tailoring as well.
We even had time to go MBK before check in but nothing much there.
At around 1 pm, we managed to check in.
After that, it was off to Chatuchat Market. Firstly, I had to satisfy my hunger.
Mr K bought quite a number of stuff for the house, the best buy for him was a painting which we lug back to SIN.
We also got our portraits done there for 200 baht each.
Quite dl when I left CTC as I did not buy anything for myself!!! Did not even get one T-shirt.

For dinner, we went to Sukuhumvit Plaza for Korean food, the last time we came in Jun, the babes and I also had Korean good, this time, we went to the 1st shop.
The food was very very good, it was the best meal we had in BKK for this trip.
The bibimbak was one of the best which I had eaten so far.
Very satisfied with the dinner.
After dinner, saw this poor elephant being paraded on the narrow streets.
24th Aug 08-Sunday
On the 2nd day, we went to Central World before we split. Mr K went to watch a show while I went to Platinum Mall. There is no way we can shop together as we have totally different agenda. I Love Platinum Mall!!!! Bought some tops, shorts, shoes and other stuff here.
After that we went for a traditional Thai massage at Big C building. Then we hopped over back to Central and chilled out at an ice cream parlour before making our way back to the hotel.
Decided to skip our favourite Chinatown dinner and went to the Thia restaurant at Soi 13.
25th Aug 08-Monday
Breakfast at Citichic
That's the yellow tuk tuk that ferries us out to the main street.

After checking out, we went to Siam Paragon. Caught a movie there.
Went to Fuji for a late lunch at Siam Discovery.
After lunch, we saw many people on the streets and went to see what is happening. 
The Thais were welcoming home their Olympics althletes. They won a gold and silver respectively at the boxing events.
Went back to collect K's shirts and pants.
Then, it was back to SIN and goodbye to BKK's jam.
